WHAT YOU NEED
• Gold spray paint
• Clock movement
• Round wooden clock base
• Painters tape
• Acrylic paint with a bright color of your choice
• Paintbrush
• Measuring tape

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
Step one-Remove your clock movement from the packaging and spray paint the clock arms only the clock arms only with gold spray paint.
Step two-While the clock arms dry, place painters tape on wood base in the shape of your choice to paint the bright color.
Step three-Paint your bright color on, leaving a 1 cm space from the edge of the wood base. It helps to use a pencil to outline this space, and maybe even use taps to mark it off.
Step four-After the bright color dries, repeat the same process for the white acrylic and allow to dry for 5-10 minutes.
Step five-Use the tape measure to mark the clock into 4 equal sections, and paint a mark with the white paint at the 12, 3, 6 and 9 o’clock marks. This step is largely optional, especially if you can tell time better than I can.
Step six-At this time clock arms should be dry. Assemble the clock movement onto the face according to the package instructions.
